SheetMind AI is a Chrome extension that adds AI tools, lead management, and WhatsApp automation to Google Sheets. This page covers how to get help and the most common issues people run into.

Email contact@sheetmindai.comInstall SheetMind AI from the Chrome Web Store, then open any Google Sheet — the SheetMind AI sidebar appears automatically on the right side of the screen.
If you don't see the sidebar, refresh the Google Sheets tab. If it still doesn't appear, confirm the extension is enabled in chrome://extensions and that you're on a docs.google.com/spreadsheets/... page.
SheetMind AI uses Google's own sign-in (via Chrome's identity system) to connect to your account — we never see or store your Google password.
If sign-in fails or the popup closes immediately, try removing the extension's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions and signing in again, or try again after signing out and back into your Google account in Chrome.
SheetMind AI only reads and edits the spreadsheet you have open, and only after you approve a plan it shows you first — nothing is written to your sheet silently.
If the extension reports it can't read or write your sheet, confirm you have edit access to that spreadsheet and that it hasn't been moved to a different Google account.
Lead Management turns rows in your sheet into leads you can track, tag, and follow up on, without changing your spreadsheet's structure.
If leads look out of date, use the sidebar's refresh action, or confirm the identifier column you selected for that pipeline (e.g. phone or email) still matches the column in your sheet.
Pipeline is the drag-and-drop board for moving leads through stages (e.g. New → Contacted → Won). Moving a card updates that lead's stage without moving or editing rows in your sheet.
If a card won't move or a board looks empty, reopen the Pipeline view from the sidebar — boards are created per sheet tab, so make sure you're on the tab the pipeline was set up for.
Follow Ups let you set a reminder for a specific lead (e.g. a call or payment due date). Reminders appear as a badge and banner inside the SheetMind AI sidebar while Google Sheets is open.
Because reminders are shown inside the sidebar (not as Chrome or OS notifications), keep the Sheets tab open, or check the Follow Up list in the sidebar, to see what's due.
WhatsApp Quick Send generates free wa.me links from your sheet, no account setup required. WhatsApp Business API (Pro) connects your own WhatsApp Business Account to send templated messages and use the Inbox.
If Quick Send links open WhatsApp with the wrong number, check that the phone column includes the correct country code. If your Business API connection stops sending, reconnect it from the sidebar's WhatsApp settings.
SheetMind AI has a free plan and a Pro plan (see Pricing). Subscriptions are billed and managed outside of Google — if a Pro feature shows as locked after upgrading, use the sidebar's "Refresh status" action, or sign out and back in.
